Directions for use:
- Leisurely bathing in Epsom salt (at least 15 minutes) is one of the most effective means of making the magnesium your body needs readily available.
- Just add two cups of Epsom Salt and 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil to warm bath water to ease muscle pain and fade bruises.
